Fun name. Serious business.

Family driven. Built to last.

Our story

Built together.

Fix It Yeti is powered by a family team with decades of hands-on construction and real estate experience. What started with a shared passion for renovating homes has grown into a team, a process, and a brand built to help more homeowners.

Different seasons. Same mission.

Houses built. People too.

Bob Coluzzi

The Get-It-Done Yeti

40+ years of building, fixing, figuring it out, and getting it done.

Bob has been building and renovating real estate for over 40 years. His experience includes new construction, major renovations, converting an abandoned nursing home into affordable housing, and hundreds of single-family home remodels.

Today, he manages all things construction, runs equipment, mentors crew members and does whatever needs to be done. When he's not working, he has a couple of grandkids to keep him busy.

Mitch Coluzzi

The Clipboard Yeti

Scopes, schedules, permits, numbers, and making sure everybody knows what happens next.

Mitch grew up surrounded by residential real estate and construction. He has been a licensed real estate professional for over 15 years and focuses on improving communities one (or a few) houses at a time.

Bob and Mitch's previous business, Sell Now Iowa, laid the foundation for what SoldFast is today. When he's not working on houses, you'll usually find him with his wife and three daughters (yes, THREE lady yetis in training).

Grace as a yeti on the phone at a desk with a laptop and coffee, with the words Details make it happen

Grace Coluzzi

The Paperwork Yeti

Phones, follow-ups, and keeping everything moving behind the scenes.

Grace handles the phones, qualifies leads, and makes sure information flows smoothly between homeowners, agents, and the construction team. She keeps the details together, tracks the next steps, and ensures nothing falls through the cracks between "we've got a project" and "when can you start?"

Her organization and follow-up are a big reason Fix It Yeti runs as smoothly as it does. Whether it's a new inquiry, an update for the crew, or a stack of documents, Grace keeps it all moving.
