About Fix It Yeti

Good remodeling help is hard to find. People who show up when they said, do what they quoted, and leave the place clean. Hence the name.

Fix It Yeti is the remodeling and home-projects brand of C-Build LLC, a Central Iowa construction company. The name is new. The crews, the trucks and the way we work are not.

We keep our work deliberately focused: basements, bathrooms, kitchens, flooring, drywall and paint, decks, demo and cleanouts. Jobs with one main trade, a clear scope and a start-to-finish you can see. We're not the right fit for a whole-house luxury remodel or a new addition, and we'll say so on the phone.

Every project is quoted upfront against a written scope. If the agreed work takes us longer than we planned, that's our problem, not yours.

We're based in Des Moines and work across the metro. We handle permitting and inspections where the work calls for it.
