Once the floodwater has receded, our job is simple: remove the damaged materials quickly so your home can move toward drying, repair and reconstruction.

Furniture, boxes, ruined household contents and other designated debris.
Flooring
Carpet, pad, LVP, laminate and other flooring included in your scope.
Walls & insulation
Drywall cut to the agreed height, with affected insulation removed.
Trim & finishes
Baseboard, trim and other designated damaged finishes.
Haul it away
Our trucks haul away and dispose of everything included in the scope.

We do not perform water extraction or water mitigation, structural drying, waterproofing, mold remediation, environmental testing or sanitization certification or mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC or gas work.

Need to get the house working again?

Flood damage doesn't always stop with drywall and carpet. If essential equipment or building systems were affected, we can help coordinate qualified trades to evaluate, repair or replace items such as your water heater, furnace, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical systems.

Those services are separate from the flood cleanout scope and are performed by the appropriate qualified trades where required.

Fix It Yeti was built to renovate homes, not chase storms. But when our neighbors suddenly need a lot of damaged material removed, we have something useful: crews, trucks, construction experience and the ability to get to work.

For now, we're concentrating our crews on flood cleanouts.
